§3.4 Independent verification
Where a procedure requires independent verification, the verifier is a different person from the operator and signs contemporaneously. A missing verification is treated as a data integrity gap.
§6.1 Training for result approval
A person approves results only after completing data integrity training. Results approved before training is recorded are reviewed by a trained reviewer.
