§5.3 Approval timelines
A revised document must be approved within 30 days of the draft being issued. A draft still unapproved after 30 days is escalated to the document owner, and the current effective revision remains in force until the new one is approved.
§6.1 Periodic review
Every controlled document is reviewed at least every two years. The review is recorded even where no change is needed.
